For many years, I’ve been returning to the coastal town of Kulasai to document the Kulasai Dasara Festival—a celebration unlike any other. Through a documentary and street photography approach, I’ve focused on capturing raw, unfiltered moments: the energy of the crowds, the transformation of devotees, the rituals carried out in heat and dust. This work is an attempt to preserve the spirit of the festival as it unfolds in real time—honest, intense, and deeply rooted in belief.
